Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your email address, to create and secure your account
• Flight numbers and dates you add, used to look up live flight status
• Accommodation and activity details you add to a trip
• Receipt photos you upload, processed automatically to read the merchant, total, and line items
• Basic usage data needed to keep the app working offline

Who can see it

Anything you add to a trip (flights, stays, activities, expenses) is visible to every member of that trip. Tripwith doesn't sell or share your data with advertisers.

Third-party services we use

• Supabase, for authentication, database, and file storage
• AviationStack, to fetch live flight status
• Google Maps, to search and display places
• An AI model (via Lovable's infrastructure), to read receipt photos

Data retention

Your data stays in your account until you delete a trip or your account. Deleting a trip removes its flights, stays, activities, and expenses for all members.

Offline data

When offline support is on, trip data is cached on your device so you can view it without a connection. This cache clears when you sign out.

Your choices

You can edit or delete anything you've added to a trip at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us at support@jointripwith.app.

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes.
